Terms of Use
These Terms are an agreement between you and MindBrew Collective (proprietor Ravi Krishnamoorthy), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, which runs Deco's Learning Brew ("we", "us"). They cover the website decoslearningbrew.com, its modules and every other material we provide (the "Service"). By creating an account or buying a module, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
1. Who can use the Service
- You must give accurate details, including your age group.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve your account before you can buy. By approving, they accept these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a link or code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure.
- An account works on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.
- Your account is for you alone. Don't share your sign-in links, codes or account with anyone.
3. What you buy
When you pay, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the module online for your own study until the access date shown at purchase. You do not buy a copy of the module, and access ends on that date.
4. What you must not do
- Copy, download, record, screenshot in bulk, print, share, sell or upload any part of the Service, including to shared drives, study groups, social media or learning platforms.
- Remove or hide copyright notices or the personal licence label on the page.
- Use the materials to build another course or question bank, or to train artificial-intelligence systems.
- Try to get round sign-in, the device limit or other protections.
Pages show a faint label with your name and email so that the source of any shared copy can be traced. If you break these rules, we may end your access without a refund.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown before you pay, in Indian rupees or US dollars, and include any taxes we must charge.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Access switches on when your payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal.
6. No refunds
Because access is digital and immediate, and a free preview is available before purchase, all sales are final. The only exceptions are set out in our Refund Policy (for example, a duplicate charge).
7. Academic honesty
Answer pointers and examples are there to help you learn. Never present our material, or work copied from it, as your own in coursework or assessments. Your school's academic-integrity rules apply.
8. Content and the IB
- We work hard to keep the content accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise that it is free of errors, covers every part of the syllabus, or will lead to any particular grade. Marks in a real examination may differ.
- Deco's Learning Brew is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or reviewed by the International Baccalaureate Organization.
- We may improve, update or reorganise content during your access period.
9. Availability
The Service runs in your web browser and relies on outside providers. We aim to keep it available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If the module is unavailable for more than 7 days in a row because of a fault on our side, we will extend your access by the same period.
10. Ownership
All content, including text, simulations, images, videos, the Deco character and the Deco's Learning Brew name and logo, belongs to MindBrew Collective and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the module concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
12. Changes and law
We may update these Terms; the date at the top will change, and changes do not reduce access you have already paid for. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
